Closes Strong 2014 Season with Knoxville Nationals
28, 2014) Brady Smith Racing (BSR) wrapped
up their version of the 2014 racing season on September 25-27
in the 11th Annual 'Lucas Oil Late Model Knoxville Nationals'
at the hallowed Knoxville Raceway in Knoxville, Iowa. The three-day
crown jewel spectacular started with a pair of $7,000 to win preliminary
programs at the Marion County fairgrounds speedplant. On Thursday
night, Brady Smith won his heat race prior to finishing thirteenth
in the final rundown of the 25-lap sprint. At Knoxville on Friday
evening, Brady was knocked out of a transfer spot in his heat
race on the final lap by Scott Bloomquist and was forced to scratch

Speedway in Fairbury, Illinois on July 25-26 for the huge 'Prairie
Dirt Classic' weekend. Things kicked off at FALS with a $10,000
to win UMP Summer Nationals main event on Friday night, which
was postponed by rain from back on June 21. Brady Smith, who had
won a heat race on the initial date, started the 50-lap race from
the inside of the second row. The Solon Springs, Wisconsin native
then ran amongst the leaders throughout the distance and eventually
garnered a solid fifth place performance behind only winner Billy

on May 22-24 for the 22nd edition of the Lucas Oil 'Show-Me 100.'
The huge three-day weekend kicked off on Thursday night with the
inaugural 'Cowboy Classic,' which was sanctioned solely by the
Lucas Oil MLRA Series. Brady qualified thirty-first fastest in
Group A and later finished tenth in his stacked heat race and
sixth in his B-Main. Unfortunately, the Solon Springs, Wisconsin
native was unable to make the start in the $5,045 to win feature
event, which was ultimately won by Scott Bloomquist.
On Friday evening, preliminary action for the 'Show-Me
100' was held and Brady started his night off by laying down the

27, 2014) For the first time since the
completion of Speedweeks 2014 in Florida, Brady Smith was in competition
on April 25-26 at Farmer City Raceway in Farmer City, Illinois.
The World of Outlaws Late Model Series once again presided over
the 6th Annual 'Illini 100' and a whopping $20,000 top prize was
up for grabs. In preliminary action on Friday night, Brady clicked
off the fourteenth fastest lap in Group B during qualifying prior
to winding up eighth in his stacked heat race.
When Saturday evening rolled around at the 1/4-mile
fairgrounds venue, Brady advanced up to third in his consolation
event to grab the final transfer spot behind only B-Main winner
Darren Friedman and runner-up Steve Sheppard, Jr. After rolling
